For hotel bookings, car rentals, and ferries, we collaborate with external providers, and while we can see your booking details, payments for these services are handled directly by the providers.
If you booked yourself online, please note the following:
For Flights, Ferries and Transfers:
- After you choose the lowest price, we’ll take you to the site to finish your booking.
- Remember, ZeusTickets.com does not handle your booking or payment, so we cannot confirm your reservation details.
- If you have questions about changes or cancellations, please reach out to the airline or travel agency you booked with. If you’re unsure where you booked, check your payment details for clues.
For Hotels:
- Hotel bookings are managed by our partner, Zenhotels.

For Cars:
- If you booked through ZeusTickets.com online you can contact us through email: info@zeustickets.com . The support agent will check if the booking performed by our website and provide you a solution to your problem.
- Any changes can be done up to 48h before pick up. After the cancellation period we will try but we can’t guarantee your changes or your refund.
- Charges may apply and depending from the car rental company and the provider.
If you booked through agent, you already know who to speak with.
Zeustickets is a flight meta search engine, not a seller, so we do not have a refund policy for flights booked through another agent. Any refund issues are handled by the travel provider.
