🚐 Minivan Northern Lights Excursion ( 6 Hours)

Summary:
- Every evening we use the latest weather update to choose the area around Tromso with best chances for clear skies. At 7 pm, we pick you up outside main entrance of Radisson Blu Hotel and walk you 100 meters to our office where we show you the proper Aurora/night photography settings on your camera/mobile phone. Then we give you warm overalls and boots, and drive you straight to the best spot. Some nights the Aurora is visible as soon as we arrive, while other evenings we relax with coffee and muffins while we wait for her. Pick up time: 7 pm Pick up place: Radisson Blu Hotel Number of participants: 8 per minivan (up to 4 minivans on busy nights) Duration: 6 hours Level of difficulty: easy Included: Photography tips, guide in English, Northern Lights Chase by minivan, warm overalls, boots, coffee,tea, muffins, pictures sent to your email.
🌊 Silent Whale Watching ( 8-9 Hours)
Glide silently across Tromsø’s icy waters aboard an eco-friendly electric catamaran.

Tour Summary:
- Get a unique perspective on the majestic Humpbacks, Fin, Sperm whales and/or Orca's as they feed in the herring-rich fjords of the Arctic. With purpose made hybrid-electric boats for whale watching, we minimise disturbance to nature and whales. Leaving Tromsø in the morning, we head to where the whales are in time to enjoy the short hours of daylight. On the way you can take in the breathtaking views of frozen landscapes in comfortable, panoramic lounges and 2 decks. We use a hybrid engine to reach the whale’s feeding grounds, and as we near the whales, we switch to a silent electric engine that allows us to get closer without disturbing them. Please note that the duration of the trip depends on the whales’ location. It takes up to 3.5 hours to get to the whales and can therefore range from 8-9 hours. From 07 Dec until 15 Jan there is a tour from 09:00 - 16:00. This tour spends the same time with the whales, but is done with a faster boat and therefore a shorter tour overall.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness for all parties involved. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made 25 days or more before the trip:
Customers are eligible for a full refund, minus a 3.3% deduction of the total booking amount to cover non-refundable bank charges.
Cancellations made less than 25 days before the trip:
Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this timeframe.

Cancellation Policy
All tours are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Upon cancellation, we will promptly issue a full refund for the booked tours. However, this refund does not extend to travel packages, including hotels, flights, or other non-tour services.
Please note that while we process refunds immediately, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing times.
