Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate (hereinafter referred to as “Subagent”) in the ZeusTickets.com Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you (the Subagent) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. ZeusTickets.com (“Principal Agency”) reserves the right to update and modify these Terms without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

The Principal Agency hereby appoints the Subagent to promote and sell travel services and products on behalf of ZeusTickets.com, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Responsibilities of the Subagent

2.1 The Subagent shall manage their own customer bookings and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all reservations made.

2.2 The Subagent agrees to provide post-sale assistance and customer service to clients for whom they have facilitated bookings.

2.3 The Subagent shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence, including tax obligations and the filing and payment of taxes on commissions earned.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 The Principal Agency shall provide the Subagent with flat net rates for travel services and products.

3.2 The Subagent may apply any markup or additional margin on top of the flat net rate. 

3.3 Payments due to ZeusTickets.com (excluding the Subagent’s commission) must be made at the time of booking according to the agreed payment policies.

3.4 Commission payments to the Subagent shall be processed monthly during the first week of the month following the end of the calendar month in which the service checkout occurred, subject to a minimum commission balance of USD $250.

3.5 A transaction processing fee of USD $6 will be deducted from each payout to the Subagent to cover administrative and transfer costs.

3.6 In the event that the Subagent’s commission balance does not reach the minimum payout threshold of USD $250, the balance shall be carried over to the following month until the threshold is met.

3.7 All payouts will be made in EUR or the local currency equivalent based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties.

4. Tax Liability

The Subagent is solely responsible for any and all taxes, fees, or other governmental charges related to commission income earned under this Program. The Principal Agency accepts no responsibility for the Subagent’s tax reporting or remittance obligations.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all business, pricing, client, and operational information exchanged in relation to this Agreement, unless required to disclose by law.

6. Term & Termination

6.1 This Agreement is effective upon acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

6.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately for material breach, fraud, or non-compliance with any of the stated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Subagent acknowledges that ZeusTickets.com is not liable for any errors, omissions, or miscommunications caused by the Subagent in the course of booking or interacting with clients.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

10. General Affiliate Program Terms (Supplemental)

  • Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and not a resident of Indonesia.

  • Only one account is allowed per person or legal entity.

  • Use of Special Tracking Links with unique Affiliate Codes is required for proper commission tracking.

  • Commission threshold for payout is USD $250.

  • Subagents are considered independent contractors and not employees or legal representatives of ZeusTickets.com.

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices will result in the forfeiture of commissions and immediate termination of the Subagent account.

  • Commission balances below the minimum threshold or withheld due to pending verifications shall not accrue interest.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF

By registering for the ZeusTickets.com Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be legally bound by its terms and conditions. You further acknowledge that ZeusTickets.com may, at its sole discretion, directly or indirectly market or operate competing services under terms that differ from those offered in this Program.
