Welcome to ZeusTickets.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and bookings, including Hotels, Resorts, Flights, Activities, Cruises, and Car Rentals (collectively “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About ZeusTickets.com

ZeusTickets.com is an Online Travel Agency (OTA) registered in Switzerland, located at Rheinstrasse 13, 8424 Embrach, Zurich. We provide an online platform where you can search, compare, and book travel-related products and services offered by various suppliers worldwide.

We act as an intermediary connecting customers with service providers (hotels, airlines, car rental companies, etc.) but we do not own or directly operate these services.

2. Use of the Services

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.

  • Minors under 18 must have consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking.

  • You agree to comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings made through ZeusTickets.com are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider.

  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment methods and currency depend on the service and provider.

  • We may charge a booking fee where applicable; this will be disclosed at booking.

  • Once payment is processed, refunds, cancellations, or modifications are subject to the provider’s policies.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies vary by service type and supplier. Specific conditions apply and are clearly shown during the booking process.

  • Customers receive a booking confirmation voucher via email immediately after booking, which includes full details of cancellation and refund terms.

  • These terms are also accessible anytime in the customer’s personal account on ZeusTickets.com.

  • It is your responsibility to review these conditions carefully before completing your booking.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the supplier’s policies and timelines.

  • ZeusTickets.com acts as an intermediary and does not directly control refund processes; any issues should be addressed through the relevant supplier or our customer support team.

5. Hotels, Resorts, Flights, Activities & Cruises

  • Booking confirmation, cancellations, and changes are managed per the supplier’s policies.

  • We do not guarantee availability or specific quality of services.

  • Liability for delays, cancellations, or other issues lies with the service providers.

  • We recommend reviewing supplier policies carefully before booking.

6. Car Rentals

ZeusTickets.com offers car rental bookings under two categories:

  • Car rentals in Zurich via our direct suppliers.

  • Car rentals worldwide via our partner, Discover Cars.

6.1. General Terms for Car Rentals

  • ZeusTickets.com acts as an intermediary and does not own or operate vehicles.

  • All bookings are subject to the rental terms and conditions of the supplier.

  • You must comply with all driver requirements, local laws, and rental policies.

  • The rental company is responsible for vehicle maintenance and insurance coverage.

6.2. Car Rentals in Zurich — Terms and Conditions

Condition of Vehicle

The lessor ensures the vehicle is in good condition and compliant with safety standards for the rental duration.

Services

Essential services related to vehicle use, such as fuel, maintenance, and roadside assistance, will be provided as per supplier policies.

Behaviour

Drivers and authorized users must behave responsibly, respecting laws and other users.

Responsibilities of the Renter

You must keep the vehicle clean and are liable for damage caused by negligence or misuse (excluding normal wear and tear).

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.

  • After 48 hours, the full rental amount is charged.

  • A reservation hold is placed 5 working days before pick-up without immediate charge.

Deposit & Charges

  • No security deposit required upfront.

  • You are responsible for paying deductibles for damages per rental agreement.

  • Additional charges (fines, fuel, damage) will be billed to your credit card.

  • Notification and proof of charges will be provided by the supplier.

Insurance Coverage

  • Collision Damage Waiver with deductible (CHF 500 or 1000).

  • Theft Protection with deductible.

  • Third Party Liability coverage (bodily injury and property damage up to CHF 1,300,000).

  • Personal Accident Insurance.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel amount as at pick-up.

Mileage

Unlimited mileage allowed.

Driver Requirements

  • Age 19 to 85.

  • Valid driver’s license held for at least 1 year.

  • Additional fees for drivers under 23 or over 75.

  • Required documents differ for EU and non-EU renters; IDP required if license is not in Latin alphabet.

Cross-Border Travel

Allowed countries and a CHF 15 cross-border fee apply. Travel outside permitted countries is prohibited.

Business Hours & Pick-up

  • Supplier business hours: 08:00 – 18:00 daily.

  • Vehicle held for 2 hours after scheduled pick-up within business hours.

Additional Information

  • Charges in CHF.

  • No-shows may be fully charged.

  • Winter tires recommended but not mandatory.

  • Snow chains recommended in icy conditions.

6.3. Car Rentals Worldwide via Discover Cars

  • Bookings are subject to Discover Cars’ terms and conditions.

  • ZeusTickets.com is not liable for issues with vehicles or providers outside Zurich.

  • Please refer to Discover Cars’ website for full rental policies.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • ZeusTickets.com is not responsible for delays, cancellations, damages, or losses caused by third-party suppliers.

  • We do not guarantee accuracy of information from suppliers.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be resolved under Swiss jurisdiction.
