If you combine Hotel and Tour together through us, yes a free transfer to your hotel is included when is 10km distance from Zurich Airport.
You are entitled to full refund if you cancel your tour 24h earlier. 6.9% will not be refunded due to bank process fees.

Everything about the trip was delightful and well worth the tour experience. Opting for a private tour turned out to be a great decision, as it offered us the flexibility to tailor the journey to our preferences.
