The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.

- There is no limit on how many kilometers/miles can be traveled.
Driver Requirements
- Minimum rental age is 19 years. A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses from non-EU countries (except Switzerland) are accepted if no visa has been entered in the passport.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, Passport or ID card, booking voucher. ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness for all parties involved. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made 25 days or more before the trip:
Customers are eligible for a full refund, minus a 3.3% deduction of the total booking amount to cover non-refundable bank charges.
Cancellations made less than 25 days before the trip:
Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this timeframe.

Cancellation Policy
All tours are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Upon cancellation, we will promptly issue a full refund for the booked tours. However, this refund does not extend to travel packages, including hotels, flights, or other non-tour services.
Please note that while we process refunds immediately, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing times.
