  • Your tier remains active as long as you make at least 1 booking every 24 months.

Terms and Conditions

  • The program is open to all customers who make bookings through ZeusTickets.com.
  • Membership is automatic after your first eligible booking.
  • All discounts offered through the ZeusTickets Loyalty Program are applied to our own negotiated rates with suppliers.
  • These discounts are not directly comparable to percentages on other travel platforms, as each company may use different base pricing.
  • For example, a 5% discount with ZeusTickets may reflect better value than a 15% discount elsewhere, depending on the original rates.
  • Our focus is on offering transparent pricing and consistent value to our loyal customers.
  • You unlock a new reward with each booking.
  • Each tier consists of 8 bookings:
    • Explorer: Bookings 1–8
    • Adventurer: Bookings 9–16
    • Legendary: Bookings 17–24
  • Rewards include discounts, credits, free experiences, and more.
  • Each individual reward (discounts, vouchers, gifts) expires 12 months from the date it is issued.
  • Expired rewards cannot be extended or reissued, unless otherwise stated or offered during a promotion.
  • Your loyalty tier status remains active indefinitely, as long as you make at least one booking every 24 months.
  • If there is no booking activity for 24 consecutive months, your account will reset to Explorer level, and unused rewards will expire.
  • Some rewards have minimum spend or booking type conditions (e.g., “€15 off tours with min €150 spend”).
  • Discounts are applied before taxes and fees, and cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless specified.
  • Loyalty rewards and status are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid only for the original customer/account holder.
  • ZeusTickets.com reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the Loyalty Program and its terms at any time.
  • Any major changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
  • We reserve the right to remove loyalty rewards or status if we detect fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the program.
  • Bookings made through sub-agents are not entitled to this loyalty program as the customers are benefit through the sub-agent.
  • Data updated every 24h.
  • Deals with *: contact info@zeustickets.com and your deal will be organised. This deal is booked by ZeusTickets.com and does not count as a new booking.
