Customers are eligible for a full refund, minus a 3.3% deduction of the total booking amount to cover non-refundable bank charges.
Cancellations made less than 25 days before the trip:
Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this timeframe.

After Colmar Tour we took the Luzern private tour.
In Luzern, we were impressed by the stunning architecture and picturesque views.
fantastic city, you must see the Lion Monument and going through the old town.
As I mentioned, the driver had a box of soft drinks, so if you don’t need to brink something with you.
Additionally, we found some charming cafes and local shops to enjoy the ambiance.
The museum was okay but we choose to stay more in the town and explore the city.
The museum at the end of the tour offers a comprehensive collection worth exploring.
The museum comes in the end where you can see a lot of things overthere.
Make sure to take advantage of all the activities and exhibits available.
