Reward Points can be earned in the following ways

Redeem your Reward Points by booking Hotels or Holiday Packages(flights+hotel+car rental). Organise your next booking through ZeusTickets.com Agent and use the Reward Points.
Note: You never lose your badge reward level, even when you use the Reward Points. Your points continue to count from where you left them.
The ZeusTickets.com Rewards (“Program”) is offered to frequent ZeusTickets.com customers at the sole discretion of ZeusTickets.com, and is available only to individuals who have registered as ZeusTickets.com Members.
By registering as a ZeusTickets.com Member (“Member(s)”), Members can earn Reward Points by booking eligible travel products through the ZeusTickets.com website. Available Reward Coins can be used to obtain certain benefits, subject to these Terms and Conditions and the availability of eligible travel and benefits. One Member can only hold one ZeusTickets.com account (“Account”).
The terms “you” and “your” throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to any Member eligible to earn and redeem Reward Points under this Program. By registering as a Member and earning/using Reward Points, you are deemed to agree with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please stop using your account and notify us to delete your account. After receiving the notice, we will stop the accrual or reward points to your Account.
Conditions on Earning Reward Points:
- Users are responsible for checking ZeusTickets.com from time to time to stay updated on earning policies.
- The default currency ZeusTickets.com uses to calculate Reward Points is CHF. When paying in another currency, ZeusTickets.com’s exchange rate will be used to show prices in different currencies on its site at the time of calculation.
ZeusTickets.com reserves the right to modify the value, restrictions, or usage methods of Reward Points at any time and without notification. If ZeusTickets.com discovers any illegal or fraudulent situation, use, or intended use relating to Reward Points, ZeusTickets.com reserves the right to remove user privileges or cancel user bookings at the sole discretion of ZeusTickets.com.
- If for some reason your booking was canceled or refunded, the reward Points that were exchanged or used will be completely or partially returned to your ZeusTickets.com account. The validity period of the returned Reward Points will be equal to the initial validity period of the used Reward Points.
Reward Points are non-transferable, non-tradable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
Members who intend to discontinue their Account shall provide written notice to ZeusTickets.com. All remaining benefits, privileges, rewards, or reward Points in such Member’s Account will be null and void upon the receipt of such notice by ZeusTickets.com
General Terms
- ZeusTickets.com may, at its sole discretion, modify any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Program, at any time, even though these changes may affect your ability to use any Reward Points or other benefits you have already earned. In the event these Terms and Conditions are modified, we will provide you notice at least 15 days before the amendment comes into effect by posting the amended terms and conditions online. You may refuse the amendment and rescind, or cancel your participation in the Program without any cost, penalty, or cancellation indemnity by sending us notice to that effect no later than 30 days after the amendment comes into force. Your continued use of the Reward Points or participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that ZeusTickets.com may make to these Terms and Conditions.
- The Program starts from May 1st 2024, and has no predetermined termination date. ZeusTickets.com may terminate the Program at any time. Upon termination, you will have thirty (30) days from the date the Program termination is announced to use any available Reward Points remaining in your Account. After that date, any remaining Reward Points will be forfeited without compensation.
- In the event that any Member obtains benefits in a manner that violates these Terms & Conditions (including but not limited to obtaining Reward Points through fake transactions, fraud, applying for malicious refunds, making multiple bookings, or selling, transferring, or exchanging Reward Points or promo codes, submitting false information, hacking accounts, violating laws, or other behavior that ZeusTickets.com deems to be malicious), ZeusTickets.com reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to immediately freeze or cancel the member’s account, cancel all Reward Points or promo codes obtained or in the account due to violation of regulations, or cancel or suspend the user’s member or related benefits without written notice. ZeusTickets.com also reserves the right to investigate the legal liability of users who have broken applicable rules.
- You release zeusTickets.com and its affiliates from all liability regarding the earning, redemption, and use of Reward Points, including any rewards that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- Reward Points and rewards earned through the ZeusTickets.com loyalty program may be subject to tax liability. ZeusTickets.com members bear responsibility for all tax obligations (including information disclosure) relating to the receipt and use of Reward Points and rewards.
- As a member you have the responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions as well as other information published by ZeusTickets.com relating to the ZeusTickets.com loyalty program in order to fully understand your rights and obligations. Please contact ZeusTickets.com if you have any questions relating to your account, to your reward Points, or to these terms and conditions, and we will reply to you withinas soon as possible.
- If the English version of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any other language version, the English version shall prevail.
- All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of ZeusTickets.com.
Refer and Win Conditions:
- For every successful registration of your friends, you will earn 10 reward points.
- For every successful booking of your friends via agent, you will earn one time 140 reward points
Online Self Booking
Reward Points cannot be earned for any of the following booking types:
- If any tickets are canceled or changed through a non-ZeusTickets.com channel, Reward Points will not be earned for that flight; Reward Points that have already been sent for that flight will be deducted from your account. For the avoidance of any doubt, when a booking contains multiple flights or hotels and only some are canceled, ZeusTickets.com will deduct the Reward Points according to our cancellation policy.
- If use of Full Coverage Insurance claim takes place during Rental Car accident or any damage. Reward Points will not be earned for that Rental Car booking.
- If Hotel booking is cancelled within free cancellation period. Reward Points will not be earned for that booking.
- Important: You or other travellers who is using your Account must fill the Claim Reward Form to claim your points. Reward points will be not possible to claim them after 3 months from the date of booking. Reward Points will not be earned if ZeusTickets.com doesn’t receive your booking confirmation. As many customers using ZeusTickets.com for meta-search engine on flights, bookings are going through other Online Travel Agencies or Airlines which can be take up to 48h to be seen in our system. With this way we are assure that no Reward Points will be lost and we want to be sure that your conversion points will be settled correctly.
- Eligible travel must be completed. This means that you or other travelers on an itinerary using your Account must stay in the booked hotel. Reward Points cannot be earned in advance before the date of the check out. Such Reward Points will be given only when hotel was fully paid and no free cancellation selected.

- For flight bookings, Reward Points will be added to your account 3-5 days after your departure date. If your booking includes more than one flight, Reward Points will be added to your account 3 days after the departure date of the last flight on your booking.
- For hotel bookings, Reward Points will be added to your account within 1 week after check-out has been confirmed. Sometimes it can take a little longer for us to receive confirmation from the hotel. In this case, it may take longer for you to receive your Reward Points.
- For Rental Car bookings, Reward Points will be added to your account 35 days after your drop off date.
- For ferry bookings, Reward Points will be added to your account 3-5 days after your departure date.

Reward Points cannot be earned for any of the following booking types:
